Santa Lucia (Honduran)

Milk chocolate, nutty and caramel notes on this coffee from Montaña de La Choca.  The farm is managed by Raul Rodriguez and his wife and three dogs.  His father was one of the foremost coffee innovators of his time, introducing the world to exotic varietals such as yellow bourbon, Typica and Caturra.
